So far so good!

Yesterday was on plan.....total of 1240 calories consumed. But Man, was I hungry!!

I didn't get to work out as hard as I wanted--I need at least 30 minutes of walking to be able to eat the average of 1600 a day. I will probably walk at lunchtime, then do some strength training this evening during TBL.

Keep up the great work! I consider those hunger pains... true hunger pains...as my "badge of courage"! It has been sooooo long since I've truly been "hungry"! Those noises are music to my ears that my fanny is shrinking! :) Hang in there! Reading Jillian's powerful words to you have got me thinking about moving! LOL Tomorrow I move this butt!
